Jenna N. Schmidt, Esq.
Jenna Schmidt represents individual and institutional clients in western Massachusetts, specializing in elder law and mental health law, as well as estate planning and administration. Her focus on estate planning and estate and gift taxation enables her to develop personalized estate plans that address current and future needs of clients and their families. She also represents area medical facilities and nursing homes, obtaining guardianships and Rogers orders for patients in their care. Included among her clients are Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation – Country Estates, Chapin Center, CareOne at Redstone and Linda Manor Extended Care Facility.
Jenna Schmidt joined Schmidt & Sikes as an associate in 2013; she served the firm in the capacity of paralegal prior to attending law school. She also worked for Moschella & Winston, P.C., in Somerville, MA, and Curran & Berger, LLP in Northampton, MA. While in law school, she held an externship at the Connecticut Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities.
